Говяжий стейк

beef steak is a flat cut of beef, with parallel faces spaced to a thickness of 1 to 5 centimetres (12 to 2 in), usually cut perpendicular to the muscle fibers, with a raw mass in common restaurant service ranging from 120 to 600 grams (4 to 21 oz). Beef steaks are usually grilledpan fried, or broiled. The more tender cuts from the loin and rib are cooked quickly, using dry heat, and served whole. Less tender cuts from the chuck or round are cooked with moist heat or are mechanically tenderized

Roast beef is a signature national dish of England and holds cultural meaning for the English dating back to the 1731 ballad "The Roast Beef of Old England". The dish is so synonymous with England and its cooking methods from the 18th century that a French nickname for the English is "les Rosbifs".

Фасоль по-ковбойски

Cowboy beans (also known as chuckwagon beans) is a bean dish popular in the southwestern United States. The dish consists of pinto beans and ground beef in a sweet and tangy sauce. Other types of meat can be used. The flavor is similar to baked beans but with a southwestern twist. Although cowboy appears in the name, the use of canned beans, ketchup, and barbecue sauce means the dish is unlike anything ranch hands would have eaten in the 19th century. Cowboy beans are served stewed or baked,[3] depending on the recipe.

It is unclear how cowboy beans got their name or where they originated from. They are easy to prepare and variations on the recipe are available on the Internet and in cookbooks and cooking magazines. Cowboy beans use many of the same ingredients as chili con carne with a very different taste.

Cowboy beans is a staple food in Texas.
